Employer Site Visits

Join GW’s Military and Veteran Career Services for military-affiliated students exclusive employer site visits!

Students will be able to spend a couple of hours with a specific employer to accomplish these goals:

• Allow a student to have the opportunity to observe a work environment they may have a career interest in.
• Gain a better understanding of the type of jobs available within a specific work environment and the best ways to launch a career within that industry.
• Network with interested employers and learn about issues that vary from job expectations to accommodations.
• Identify future career barriers and successes.
• Develop a mentoring relationship with an employer, where appropriate.
