SVA Chapter: GW Veterans

GW Vets proudly represents the GW chapter of Student Veterans of America. As a dedicated student organization, we serve the diverse community of military-affiliated students at George Washington University, including active duty members, veterans, reservists, dependents, and those who support them. Our mission is to advocate for and provide comprehensive academic, professional, and social support to the 1,300+ military-affiliated students enrolled at GW. Through engaging events such as The Pitch, GW Lifts, the End of the Year Formal, and the Veterans Day Ceremony, alongside monthly art therapy sessions and social outings, we strive to enhance the collegiate experience and foster a strong sense of community and belonging.
