·       Office of Military and Veterans Affairs- A Presidential initiative, the OMVA works daily to improve the experience of every GW military-affiliated student.

·       Veteran Student Services Center- Within the Office of Military and Veterans Affairs, the Veteran Student Services Center is an on-campus center exclusively servicing the academic and administrative needs of military-affiliates. GW is proud to have over 1,700 military-affiliated students. Some of the organizations our military students are involved in are:

·       GW Vets- With hundreds of active members, the Student Organization for veterans is tremendously active and prominent on campus. http://www.gwveterans.com/

·       GW NROTC- GW hosts one of the top-five Naval ROTC units in the country.

·        ROTC & AFROTC- Many GW students train in crosstown units either in Army ROTC at Georgetown University or in Air Force ROTC at Howard University.


·        The GW Counseling Center- available 24/7, the counseling center consists of highly-trained mental health professionals, including at least one counselor who specializes in treating service members. https://counselingcenter.gwu.edu/
